I tend to buy cars and change my cars frequently (at least once a year). First-Time Porsche Buyers
We chose the Cayenne online that we wanted to test drive and were contacted promptly by Scott Hamilton. From that point, Scott was prompt, no pressure, answered our questions and was extremely knowledgable. A test drive was set up where we explained we were potential first-time Porsche buyers, but we had one more competitor vehicle to test drive that day. No comparsion... 24 hours later we were back at Hennessy and the purchase was made. We came back 1 week later to pick up our Cayenne to find a large red bow on the vehicle. Believe me when I say that all Porsche dealers, and all Porsche ambassadors were not created equally, so when it came to purchasing my 2019 Porsche I spoke with a number of dealers in 3 States, and only one dealer and one ambassador stood out from the crowd, Hennessy Porsche and Scott Hamilton. Scott’s responses to my enquiries were fast, detailed, and extremely helpful to someone like myself who was purchasing their first Porsche. Couldn't have asked for a better experience
After Porsche's announcement of the New Macan, I waited (what seemed like forever) for them to hit the dealership lots. I scoured every Porsche dealership in the south looking for a dealership with the Macan I wanted to purchase. After not seeing any that matched what I wanted in my vehicle, I figured, I've waited this long, what's another 3 months to special order my own? I initially looked at another Porsche dealership closer to me than Hennessy but the salesman and interaction didn't meet my expectations. I'm a designer and have a high attention to detail. I expect my salesman, who sells and embodies the Porsche brand, to have the same attention to detail. As a side note, I look young and tend to get written off as somebody who "doesn't have the money" or is "just here to look and not buy". I read some not so great reviews of the dealership I initially was going to order my Macan through and decided to send an online inquiry to Hennessy. Within the hour, I received an email from Scott, asking me what I was interested in and got me in to test drive a 2018 (the 2019s weren't on the lots yet) and place an order for my 2019 Macan the next morning. I never once felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I placed an order for my 2019 Macan within an hour of arriving at the dealership. Since I was placing an order, I didn't receive a large discount, but the fact that I got a discount was something I didn't expect. When Scott went on vacation he provided me with another salesman that I could contact if I had any questions or needed tracking information for my build. I was notified at every step of the build and shipping process of my Macan. I even got a bow on it for delivery. :) I recommend Scott and Hennessy Porsche for your Porsche buying experience. Every part of the process was designed and streamlined which I highly appreciate. I've never had a smoother car buying experience.

I recently purchased a new Porsche 911 GTS and was able to pick it up on Saturday. The folks at Hennessy was great to work with and made you feel like a valued customer. From the time I ordered the car from Michael Caldwell I felt Porsche cared about my purchase. Excellent Car Buying Experience
I initially found my car on a third party website and requested for more information. Scott Hamilton from Hennessy Porsche reached out to me immediately to answer any questions I had. He sent me additional photos of the car and even a sound bite of the engine/exhaust so I could hear how it sounded. I drove 4 hours to finally tests drive and ultimately buy my dream car and it was well worth it. We had worked out all the preliminary numbers prior to my arrival. I was offered a fair amount on my trade from just the photos I had provided. There were no surprises. Scott spent the appropriate amount of time during my test drive and showed me all the features I wasn’t already aware of on my car. I would definitely purchase again from Scott at Hennessy Porsche. Sara Ali from the finance department also made the trip worth it. She went through my documents with me and made sure I ha everything I needed before I returned home.

Great and Efficient Experience
I live in South Carolina was initially nervous about buying a car in another state. Scott made the process very smooth. A far better experience than I expected
I choose cars very carefully, do not buy them often and drive them for a long time. I have owned Audi, BMW, Saab, Volvo, Lexus and others, but this was my first internet purchase and my first Porsche. I was very skeptical and expected to encounter frustrations throughout the process, but was very pleasantly surprised. Scott and the others I dealt with at Hennessy made the process simple, seamless and actually enjoyable. My wife and I drove a rental car from out of town to take delivery of a CPO Macan S, and were put at ease the moment we walked into Hennessy's amazing facility. Our car and documents were all ready for delivery and in perfect condition. Scott took time to teach me some basics about the vehicle (I've still got a lot to learn) and make sure I was comfortable with it before seeing us off for our return trip. Since taking delivery, I've had questions about some vehicle features, called Scott and he patiently talked me through my issues. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and would certainly go back to Scott and Hennessy when I'm in the market for another Porsche.

Lack of trust
I’ve ordered several cars from Hennessey in the past and found Scott Hamilton to be the most personable genuine man I’ve ever dealt with! Every experience was without exception, a totally fulfilling experience! I was in the process of ordering another Porsche; a 911 Turbo S! When I received the paperwork on the deal, it included a caveat that if I should not buy the car, they would retain my TWO 2017 PORSCHES plus sell the car I’d ordered! Note: I’d purchased 5 cars and never once deviated from the contract we mutually signed! when I advised Scott I wouldn’t sign the document, he baecame indignant and insulting! Quite out of character from the man I’d worked with for 5 years! I understand and agree every organization has an obligation to ensure the success of their business! However, to have a blanket policy with the potential of harming a previously quality relationship seems crazy. At the end of our conversation, since I refused to sign, Scott told me to never call again! No problem Scott!

Great experience
We made contact with Scott when making an internet inquiry about the equipment on two cars. My wife's 2005 Cayenne S with 167K miles was due an upgrade. We live a long way from the dealership and our visit date and time was a guesstimate at best. Scott stayed in touch and as we got closer to our arrival made sure both cars were available to see and test drive. The car we selected needed a repair before we took delivery and when we returned four days later it was ready to go and had been detailed. Scott's knowledge of our car was impressive and he was able to answer all our questions. He's a very friendly and likable guy and I'd recommend him to any potential buyers. High end car dealerships can be somewhat sterile and less than welcoming but we felt comfortable throughout our purchase experience. We would highly recommend Scott and Hennessy Porsche.

My first Porsche and Scott was remarkable
I began searching for a certified pre-owned 911 on the internet and early on selected Hennessy Porsche due to their great inventory. I soon began communicating with Scott on the car that had the desired options and scheduled a visit to Roswell from Birmingham, AL. After visually inspecting the car, reviewing the main features, a test drive and seeing how well maintained it was decided this was the car for me. I wanted to have a few additional items installed on the car, Scott coordinated these with the technicians and the car was ready for pick up after a couple of days. Upon arrival to pick up the car, Scott took the necessary time to go more in depth with the operating features of the car which was helpful due to this being my first Porsche. Afterwards, the experience with Jamey Holt was great because he took the appropriate time to review the associated documents, that I fully understand them, ensure all of them were correct and signed prior to my departure. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial and dedicated to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. I selected, ordered, and took delivery of my Porsche 911 over the internet with Scott's help. I did not even meet him until the car was ready. It is exactly what I want. First experience with Hennessy Porsche, have done business with their Cadillac dealership years ago. The customer service is still spot on. Fast, friendly, easy and no nonsense.
We are the type who buys a vehicle every decade or so. A company car helps out in this regard. Combine this with the daily 'things you have to do' and we quickly found ourselves in a position where we could not get to a dealer for over 3 months. Vacations, travel, summer activities... suddenly it is August! Lots of research, online surfing and a fortuitous and timely visit to the Porsche Customer Experience Center the week prior for a work related meeting led us to reviewing the Hennessey inventory on a Saturday morning. We saw an interesting listing for a Certified Pre-Owned (Service Loaner) vehicle. A quick submission through the website (who actually does that... right?) and within 10 minutes Scott had responded via email and a phone call. We were at the dealer in 45 minutes while our daughter enjoyed a movie with her Grandparents and met them at the house with the new car - we almost beat them home! Scott made the process painless and easy. He is very knowledgeable about his products and answered every question we had thoroughly. He even tolerated several requests for the detail shop to 'look at one more thing' before we drove home.

Made car buying a pleasant experience
I, like many folks, dread the prospect of spending half a day in car dealers, waiting around and going back and forth before you can finalize a purchase. I worked with Scott and we agreed everything via email. Arrived at the dealer and was out in 45 minutes including signing lease paperwork, agreeing a trade in and training on the new vehicle. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend Scott and his team at Hennessy Porsche.

The dealership was quick to respond to my initial interest. They provided excellent service throughout the purchasing process. Think long, think wrong
My wife always says “think long, think wrong” and many times I missed out on a great deal. I found a 50th anniversary in black with houndstooth seats and manual transmission, certified, with low miles and at a fair price. Within a few clicks I put down a deposit and hoped for the best. Scott called me the next day and answered all my questions. He even took a video of the car for me. He arranged financing, and assisted with the transportation to Texas. When the car arrived, it was just as he promised. It was pristine. I would highly recommend Scott and Hennessy Porsche to anyone shopping online for a car.

Effortless transaction
Arranged purchase of a CPO GT4 with Scott based upon an internet enquiry. Scott answered all my questions and was very prompt in getting back to me. Since I was out of town they FedEx’d all the paperwork to me. I returned it and flew in to pick up the car. Since this was my first Porsche after years of BMWs I needed some time to go over the car. But still out in less than 1 hour. Definitely would recommend Scott and Hennessey again to both Atlanta clients as well as out of state purchasers.

I searched Macan with very specific options and found exactly what I wanted only in Atlanta Hennessy over 800 miles away from my home. It was my first time online car purchasing and I worried to take the deal. But now may say I had a great experience. Excellent Dealership! The Hennessy's staff was very helpful throughout the process. I was in contact with Scott, and it was great, prompt and professional. Worth the trip!
I have traveled all the way from Columbus, Ohio twice now to lease a Porsche through Scott Hamilton and both experiences have been more than worth the trip. The lease prices offered by the Porsche dealers in Columbus do not compare to what Hennessy can offer. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and quick to reply, making the entire experience an enjoyable one as it should be!

Most of the transaction was done by phone and the internet prior to my arrival at the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and from there Scott was very attentive and responsive. Overall good but often not the most competitive pricewise
In the past I have found Hennnessey to be less competitive pricewise than the other dealer in Atlanta. Scott is very pleasant and did the entire negotiation by phone and text. He was a little intransigent on price initially even though the car I wanted had been on the lot for many months and not sold at the price he was looking for. Eventually I had to point out to him that almost the same car was priced much cheaper in Tampa and had to get Drew Borges involved and then he was more accommodating with the price so we could make a deal Once the price was agreed the rest of the process was pretty smooth

AMAZINGLY SUPERB
I am a repeat buyer. I moved to SC. I was able to strike a deal all by telephone, including my trade. I drove to Atlanta with my 2 small dogs. To minimize my downtime, I asked for my new Boxster to be detailed in advance. I provided photos of my SC license and my SC insurance card. 45 minutes after arriving, I was driving home in my new car. The team had everything ready. I bought a super nice car for a very good price and received superlative service, all that from two thousand miles away. Scott was very helpful throughout the process, I felt more like talking to a five star concierge service than a car dealership. Long Distance Purchase Extraordinaire

I live out of state & I've been searching online for a 991 CPO GT3 that's in overall good condition for a fair price. My search led me to connect w/ Scott Hamilton @ Hennessy Porsche. This was my first buying experience with Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. it was very satisfying and enjoyable. When you enter their facility, it's like a corporate office environment. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!
I have been looking for that one special sports car that until recently was always just out of reach. Once the stars lined up I began the search and spent months going to dealerships and hours online. One car on the list was here at Hennessy Porsche. I enquired online through the website, and unlike quite a number of other dealer sites, I received a fast response. Every question was answered promptly. Every concern was removed. A fair deal was reached in short order and site unseen I rented a car one way and drive down to pick up my car. As I pulled into the dealership it's appearance made me feel even better that I'd made the right decision. Scott Hamilton greeted me instantly, the car was perfectly prepared. An excellent experience
I saw the car I purchased from Scott on the internet. It was almost a perfect match to what I was looking for (the newer body style with fewer miles would have been perfect) and the price was definitely in my comfort zone. We had an appointment with Scott to see the car on Saturday morning. We were there at the appointed time and Scott had the car parked in the shade in front of the dealership and was waiting for us. From that good first impression, the treatment continued to be courteous and professional. The only glitch was that they had some systems issues that caused about a hour of delay. The dealership was recently remodeled and is everything you would think a Porsche dealership should be. The deal we made was fair. The car was priced well, was a certified pre-owned and had been very well taken care of by the previous owner - excellent condition. Scott was helpful and answered all of our questions without high pressure. The finance manager was the same. We love our car and highly recommend Scott. It was the best car buying experiences we've ever had.

Above and Beyond
Great experience buying a used 911 from Scott Hamilton. The entire transaction was done over the phone including the trade in on my current vehicle. I'm 500 miles away from Hennessy so I was somewhat apprehensive of driving my trade it 500 mile and hoping everything was as expected...if not I would be faced with a long miserable drive back. Everything went perfectly smooth. The next day after returning home I noticed a couple of small issues a bit too late as I'm now 500 miles away from the dealership. I emailed Scott my concerns and he immediately took ownership of the issues and voluntarily provided solutions for me at their expense. I know I was hoping for this outcome but I can't say I expected it. He could have easily taken a different stance since the transaction was done and I was already home. I'm sure Scott realizes, given the fact that I live so far away, that the chances of me being a repeat customer aren't as high as someone who lives in Atlanta. Yet, he still went over and above to make me happy. If your thinking of doing a deal with Scott, he definitely earned my trust and I would be he would do the same for you.

I recently took delivery of a Porsche 911 from Scott Hamilton and Hennessy Porsche in Roswell, Georgia. The professionalism with which the sale was handled was exemplary. My first Porsche
A few days ago I got my first Porsche, a 2017 718 Cayman in GT Silver. Owning a Porsche has always been a dream for me and my wife. We have had many high-end cars, but never a Porsche. I fell in love with the car from the moment I test drove it. We live in South Florida and we flew to Atlanta to purchase the car from Hennessy for several reasons. First, they have the best prices in the country (trust me I spend months calling many dealers). As important as the price, dealing with Scott Hamilton was a pleasure. The deal was done mostly online and e-mails. He was responsive and true to his word, which these days is hard to find (at least in South Florida). When we got to the airport, Scott sent someone to pick us up; and as soon as we got to the dealer the car was ready in the delivery area. We went through the car thoroughly with Scott and as soon as that was done we went to the finance department with Jamey. Paperwork was fast with no pushy finance manager tactics to sell something you don't need. My next Porsche will be from Hennessy. As stated before, we have owned many high-end cars and the Hennessy buying experience was the best. Too bad I won't be able to service my car at their dealer.

My friend has been dealing with Scott Hamilton for his Porsche needs for several years, so when I expressed interest in the Cayenne a trip was planned and introductions were made. Thee days later with as many test drives, originally looking for a CPO GTS model finally switching to a new Hybrid, Scott was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Negotiations were quick, painless and favorable for all party's. Scott took the time to make sure my wife was comfortable with the car and its technology answering all of our questions. Perfect purchase
Found my Porsche Cayenne turbo S on line. Lots of choices online. Scott Hamilton contacted me right away. Was very professional and provided all the questions I had. Never bought a car online unseen ever. Scott made me so comfortable I purchased the car without making the visit to Atlanta. He assured me that everything was what was advertised. He handled the shipping to annapolis perfectly. Most of all Scott was very fiat in negotiating the final cost of the "S." I highly recommend Scott and the dealership PS actually there was a small item that needed attention after I took delivery. Scott assured me that I could get it fixed and he would reimburse me. That's fillowup after the sale!

Terrific buying experience
Scott, and everyone at Hennessy Porsche made our purchase experience pleasant. They are most professional. He took the time to go over every feature of the car, two test drives, took pictures of the me and the car with one of the big Christmas bows they were using in the showroom, and never tried to pressure us in any way. That's the way a car dealer should treat customers. We had speed film applied after they detailed the car, and everything was done on the promised schedule, with communication at every step along the way.
