Gene's extensive knowledge of technical options as well as his great eye for interior design created a dream configuration, absolutely perfect, including his fine detailing beyond the standard configurator. I could not be happier with the result and must say that working with Gene - even when waiting for the build and delivery - was a lot of FUN! The closing and delivery experience at Hennessy with James Holt as well added the icing to the cake. I don't usually write reviews, but this organization deserves it. I've been using this dealership for the past 4 years, and my experience with them has consistently been nothing short of fantastic. Especially the service department - which frequently gets a bad rap in many dealerships - is a shining beacon of customer-focused processes and professionalism. I regularly work with Joel in the service department, and I can guarantee you'll be hard pressed to find a more professional, on-top-of-things, and eager-to-help young man, in any industry. I've also had occasion to work with Jamey Holt in the finance department, and that too was an extraordinarily pleasant and customer-satisfaction-focused interaction. They understand that just because you can afford a Porsche, it doesn't mean you don't care about price. This entire team will look to get you the best possible value for either product or service - they understand the value of customer satisfaction, returning customers, and positive word-of-mouth among luxury/performance brand buyers. To sum up, this is a thoroughly professional (and very pretty!) dealership that employs people who care about, and take pride in the work that they do, and WANT to serve customers to the best of their ability. They also have the kinds of digital tools and work processes that I expect of professionally managed enterprises. They do a great job of representing the Porsche brand, and furthering the experience of being a Porsche owner.

Mike McPherson and Hennessey made the buying experience smooth, quick, and easy. We have bought many cars over the years and this was the best! Mike not only took an extensive amount of time while we were looking, but more time ensuring we were familiar with the car upon pickup. We bought the car and had upgrades completed before pickup and Mike met our expectations - without having to be involved.
