"I wanted to inform you of something you probably already realize - Your Service team is your best sales team. Let me explain.. I just sold my 2007 911 S. Fantastic car and a great lifestyle investment. Yes I said it, 911 = investment :) The vehicle was originally purchased at Hennessey, so upon purchasing it pre-owned, I did the PPI inspection with you all. I was so impressed with the attention to detail I decided to try you all again for my regular service provider. Shortly after I was assigned to Matt Bailey. Matt has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, personable, and attentive throughout all my interactions with Hennessy. I never felt rushed, all work was clearly explained, and anytime I needed advisement (even without appointment) Matt always found a way to accommodate. Even when Matt was out, Zak picked up seamlessly showing you all really work as a team. I’ve had work done at other Porsche, and BMW dealerships and you all have certainly set the bar. Thank you for running a best-in-class shop and allowing me to focus on the joys of ownership. I’m currently focused on my biggest priority; fathering my 9month old son, but will plan to be back for another 911 in due time and Hennessy will be my first stop. "

"Every time I get a new Porsche, and I just took delivery of my 8th Porsche in 8 years (yep, I'm addicted), I think "Wow, how did they make a perfect car better?" My latest Porsche is a 2011 Cayman S with PDK, and I have been completely blown away by the performance, the fit and finish, and electronic goodies on this car. Compared to a 2008 Cayman S which I owned a couple of years ago, it feels like a completely different car! And a friend of mine who owns a 2007 Cayman S, said after driving my new car for just a few minutes, "Wow, it is a completely different car!", so it is not just my imagination. The new DFI engine has "bite" and a menacing growl even without clicking the sport exhaust on (I can't wait to get the break-in period over so I can rev this baby over 5,000 RPM!). The suspension feels firm and purposeful, the chassis rock solid stiff, encouraging me to push ever harder, ever faster. "Come on", the engine taunts me, "that's the best you can do?" I will be doing a PCA Drivers Ed event at Barber Motorsports Park at the end of June when the engine is properly broken in, and I know that the smile on my face after that first lap at speed will be as wide as it was when I took my 2007 GT3 to that track a few short years ago. This is an awesome car, and for this owner, all the Porsche I need (and can handle!). Hennessy Porsche was, of course, a fantastic partner in this buying experience, from Mike McPherson my knowledgeable sales person, to Ford Jones and Mark Venti who crafted their typical "deal you can't refuse" for me. What a car, what a dealership! Thanks a million, guys!"

"Having owned over a dozen BMWs, I ultimately became disenchanted with the "Ultimate Driving Machine" experience. BMW lost their way with true performance-oriented drivers like me. Plus BMW service quality continually declined at Global and United. John Dissen, my Hennessy Porsche sales rep, patiently worked with me for a few years as I struggled to accept that BMW was no longer for me. He helped as I agonized over whether to buy a Porsche 911 or Cayman S. I ended up buying a new 2009 Cayman S from John and could not be more pleased with the entire Hennessy Porsche experience. Service from Matt, Zak, Mike, Russ and the rest of Hennessy's service department is excellent. I occasionally stop by the dealership just to check in with everyone (and to contemplate my next purchase). And the Hennessy customer parties are unbelievable!!!"

"I purchased a Porsche 911 from Hennessy approx. 3 months ago and could not have been more pleased with the experience. My sales person was Greg Jordan, and he was definitely the reason why my sales experience was so great! He knew my schedule made it difficult to take time during the day to go by the dealership, so he emailed, faxed, and overnighted any info. and paperwork I needed to complete the purchase. He even had the vehicle delivered to my house, because I was unable to go during business hours to pick it up."

"I started looking for a GT3RS in 2007, but none of my local (Southern California) dealers would work with me at all. Using the web, at Hennessy I found a lightly used car that met my criteria. Unfortunately the car sold very quickly and I was caught out. Hoping that a there would be more RSs available, I placed a deposit with Richard Jennings, and continued my search. Richard kept looking out for me, updating me on whatever the latest news was. While I eventually found a car in Texas, it was through Richard and Hennessy that I ordered my new Cayman R. They've put in the time and effort to make me a dedicated fan. And I wish I lived close enough to take advantage of those dealerships events!"

"I had a great experience buying my new Porsche at Hennessy. The sales man, David Gentile, was very knowledgeable but at the same time, not pushy when I was looking at their assortment. Once I made the decision to go with a new Cayenne, he worked overtime to find one with the specs and price that I wanted. The complete experience was very favorable compared to other dealerships I have purchased from in the past. I would defiantly contact David for any of my Porsche needs."

"Wow. Hennessy Porsche has a great service department and great people. We have felt totally welcome on our visits, service has been outstanding, and the professionalism and energy of the staff are infectious. Here are some notable facts of our visit: The service department scheduled us for a particular time, and were ready to commence work on the car imediately at that time. The first step was to discuss the work in detail, so everyone was on the same page and comfortable. When the work was done, the technician who performed the work came out to the customer area (which is beautiful, btw) and explained clearly what he did. Note that this was not the service manager, but the gentleman who actually performed the work. Then they demonstrated the affected system, to show the end result. Finally, they washed the car. :) Several of my friends have recommended Hennessy Porsche as the best Porsche service in Atlanta. They were right!"

"I respect what others have said about the quality of their service experience with Hennessy. Unfortunately, my wife and I never got that far. Having owned a variety of BMW products over the past 20 years, I have never had an experience as bad as our experience with Hennessy. Our salesperson, Richard Jennings, was great, but our interaction with the management at the dealership was hideous. As consumers, you always have the power to speak with your checkbook and that is what we are doing by going to another Porsche dealer. If you don't value our business, you won't get our business!"

"I purchased a pre-owned Porsche from a private seller a couple of years ago. Even though my car was not purchased from Hennessy, I was always treated like family when taking my car in for service. The service consultant, Matt Bailey, has always gone out of his way to insure that everything was taken care of and even helped me out of a couple of jams over the phone! Just when I thought the experience couldn't improve, I traded my car in to Hennessy for one of their pre-owned Porsches. I was wrong, dealing with my sales consultant, Greg Jordan, was an absolute pleasure and my experience with Hennessy only improved! Greg was just as attentive to me and my wife as he would be if we were buying a brand new car and never pressured us, making sure the vehicle I purchased was the right one for me. Having visited the others in the area, take my word for it, whether you are looking to buy a Porsche or have yours serviced, there is NO comparison! Oh, and the coffee there is WAY better! :)"

"A flawless transaction. We had actually previously purchased two Porsches from Jim Ellis but after a serious lack of service we decided to go to Hennessy. A Great Decision! They were extremely helpful. Located exactly the Panamera we were looking for, at the price we wanted. After the sale, their service has been equally stellar...nice to know there is still is "customer first" service ot there!"

"I bought a beautiful Panamera 6 weeks ago from Hennessy Porsche and it was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had in my 40 years of buying cars! My salesperson, Richard Jennings, has been great. He was very patient and answered all my questions. "Hennessy Porsche There Is No Substitute. This is what I had my bakery write on the cake I delivered to the guys at Hennessy after taking delivery of my second Porsche. My first Porsche was a 2010 Cayman S and it was a great car however I was that guy growing up who always wanted to own a 911. So 6 months later I placed my order for a 2011 911S. I can tell you from the first time I stepped foot into Hennessy I felt like part of the family The sales staff, the service department and Mark Venti the general manager were all very helpful in answering all of my questions. This feeling did not end after my purchase. Hennessy is like the old T.V. show Cheers where everyone knows your name. I stop in at times just to visit. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Mills and Richard Jennings. Michael has moved on however the friendships developed at Hennessy live on. I just had lunch with Michael last month. To me this shows the quality of people that Hennessy hires. Richard really knows these cars. I had some hesitation while test driving the 911. We have all heard stories about losing the back end on these cars. Richard told me to trust the car and taught me how to handle this iconic car. Like all things Porsche they improve every year. I have zero fears driving my 911S and it handles like a dream. Everyone that works at Hennessy is a true professional. They offer the best customer service I have experienced in my 40 years of driving. No matter what other cars I drive there will always be a Porsche in my garage parked next to it. So if you have plans to purchase your first Porsche or are new to Atlanta and have plans to purchase your next Porsche there is no need to go anywhere else. Drive directly to Hennessy Porsche and become part of the family. Be sure to ask for Richard Jennings."

"Nothing but positive things to say about Hennessy Porsche. I purchased a Carrera 4 from Hennessy in 2008. Richard Jennings was my salesperson and he was above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the entire Porsche line and is always available to help. The service department is exceptional as well. Matt is on top of everything. Its refreshing to go to a dealership where the people really know the vehicles. I point out Richard and Matt because they are who I deal with the most over there. But really the entire place is top notch. My wife is currently in the market for a Cayenne and looks forward to buying her car from Hennessy and taking her car to Hennessy for service. The way the service department has been to me has influenced her purchase. Someone mentioned earlier about the parties they throw at Hennessy - Always a good time ! As long as I can afford to buy Porsches, I will buy them from Richard and I will take them to Matt for service."

"I bought my first Porsche, a 911S about 5 years ago. When my local dealer in Birmingham Michigan (Fred Lavery Porsche) couldn't find what I wanted I searched the internet. I found the exact car I wanted (yellow convertible) at Hennessy. I spoke with Richard Jennings who helped me out and made arrangements for me to fly down to get the car 3 days later. Richard introduced me to the staff there who were all very gracious. When the lease was up three years later I went back to my local dealership in Detroit and again they couldn't help me so I called Richard. Again he helped me get exactly what I wanted, a 911 Turbo, yellow convertible. Recently, for the third time I called my local dealership, this time to get a Panamera for my wife. they gave us a price on a lease but than wouldn't return my phone calls. I again called Richard who found me the car for almost the exact same price but rather than getting 5,000 miles/year as my local dealer quoted on Richards was for 10,000 miles/year. The lease was the same price for twice the miles! About a week later a custom car carrier pulled up to my house and out rolled a beautiful white Panamera. You guys are the best!"

"I would certainly recommend Hennessy Porsche - and in particular Richard Jennings as the salesperson to help you with your purchase. I bought a 2011 Cayenne with ease of purchase, attentive customer service, and constant updates on the status of my order. (Due to the popularity of the car I purchased in advance prior to the car arriving in the US.) "Just bought a 2011 Boxster off of Hennessy from their loaner pool. They had three cars listed and the pricing was an eye opener. I had some trepidations about buying a loaner so I called and had extensive conversations with Richard Jennings from their sales department. Not only did Richard spend as much time with me on this purchase as I needed, but we ultimately became fast phone friends. I live in the Northeast and Richard walked me thru getting the car transported to NY without much fuss or fanfare. The car came in a sealed truck (think NASCAR) with the same shine and mileage that it left Roswell with. Driver was great and very accommodating. I never had a better sales experience then I had with this dealership and I've bought cars from every conceivable car manufacturer. It's still amazing to me that because of Autotrader and the internet I could make this type of purchase, never touch the car, meet the sales person or view the dealership in person and walk away with as good an impression as I have. Oh yeah, btw the car came Certified and I now have coverage for 5+ years and 93k miles for a 2011."

"As good as it get's is an understatement at Hennessy Porsche. I purchased my 2005 Cayenne from Hennessy in late 04 with just 8 miles on it. In 2006 we moved to Greenville SC (150 miles away) and as silly as it sounds, we continued to drive the 150 miles to Hennessy for our services. Last year, my check engine light came on so I took our Cayenne to the local Porsche dealership in Greenville where the service manager told me he "thought" it was the head gasket. Well, I felt that after having my Cayenne for 48 hours he should know, not think it was a serious issue like the Head Gasket! So, I had my Cayenne put on a flatbed truck and hauled to Hennessy. It was a $40.00 part. Now with 95, pushing 96k miles, I had another scare on Friday with what felt like a major issue, engine misfiring, check engine light.....the works! So on the flatbed my Cayenne went home to Hennessy. Matt just called and told me the repair was totally covered under WARRANTY! Matt and Jeff have always treated my wife and I as if we purchased a Cayenne Turbo S, by the way we have the V6. What Jeff Corey has instilled in his service team and Matt Bailey illustrates through his outstanding service is that to me, my Porsche is my pride and joy just as if it were that Turbo S. No one touches my Porsche but Hennessy Porsche. They have exceeded my expectations for 6 years and counting!"

All I can say is that, having visited the other dealership in the area, there is no comparison!
